Geobiology is an emerging discipline. As a result those working in areas of geobiology may feel a need to share their views or concerns about aspects of this field with others interested in the subject.

Topics can cover anything that may be of general interest, e.g., concern about definitions of geobiology, likely growth of the field, interaction between groups in different fields, differences in terminology, barriers between the traditional disciplines of biology and Earth sciences, questions of funding for multidisciplinary research, university course curricula, and so on.

Anyone wishing to post a viewpoint (ca 100-400 words) on this site should contact the editor, Professor Lee Kump.
